Indian Express joins Adwords network

The network of web sites belonging to the Mumbai-based Indian Express newspaper group, including finanancialexpress.com and indianexpress.com--have started to display ads from Google's Adwords program.

The Indian Express groups follows in the footsteps of its peers Times of India and Hindustan Times, as well as Cyber India Online (CIOL.com) and Rediff.com.

Guess it is a matter of time before the other major publishers like The Hindu, ACP (which publishes The Telegraph and Businessworld), Business Standard, and others get on to the Adwords bandwagon and enhance their online revenues.

Rediff.com joins the Adwords network

With Rediff.com joining IndiaTimes.com on Google's network of content partners, Adwords advertisers targeting Indian (and Non-Resident Indian) customers seem set for a click-through feast !

PS: Rediff is currently running the Google ads in a limited fashion on its US web site ( http://us.rediff.com )
